About these terms

These terms govern your use of Adam Akult, provided by Akult Incorporated (Akult, “we”), and its information pages at adam.akult.inc and akult.inc. By using the integration, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account or use the integration.

Adam Akult connects authorized Google accounts to an operator-managed Hermes / Eve personal assistant environment. It is not an open-registration service. These terms do not replace separate terms for other Akult products or the services on which the assistant depends.

Access and authorization

You may use the integration only with the operator’s permission and only for accounts and data you are authorized to access. You must be able to agree to these terms and comply with applicable law and any organization or Workspace administrator requirements.

Google permissions determine which tools can read or change account data. Read-only connections cannot send or modify mail or change calendar events. Broader permissions can allow sending messages, creating and modifying events or files, sharing files, and deleting data. Granting a permission does not ensure every possible action is available or appropriate.

Keep your account and assistant environment secure. Do not disclose passwords or connection credentials in prompts, support requests, or public content. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your instructions and responsibilities

You are responsible for the instructions you give, the accounts you connect, and the information you ask the assistant to process or share. Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions, including for information about other people.

• Review recipients, attendees, dates, file destinations, and permissions before requesting consequential actions.
• Check important outputs and completed actions. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.
• Do not use the integration for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, infringement, or unauthorized surveillance.
• Do not use Google APIs or data obtained through them to create or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII).
• Do not attempt to access another person’s account without permission, bypass access controls, or disrupt the integration or its providers.

Some tools can perform actions rather than just suggest them. Do not assume that every action will have an additional confirmation step or that a completed action can be undone.

AI outputs and external services

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Summaries can omit context; scheduling or document actions can be wrong. The assistant is not a substitute for professional advice or independent judgment and is not an emergency service.

Google, configured AI providers, and other infrastructure services have their own terms and availability limits. The assistant may send relevant task context to those services as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not connect accounts or provide information if that processing conflicts with your obligations.

Your content and our software

You retain the rights you have in the content you provide. You authorize us to access, process, and transfer it only as necessary to operate the requested features and as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable Google data-use restrictions. These terms do not grant ownership of your Google account or its contents to Akult.

Akult’s branding and original site content belong to Akult or its licensors. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their respective licenses. No exclusive rights or non-infringement guarantee are promised for AI-generated outputs.

Availability and costs

Features depend on permissions, configuration, quotas, provider availability, and operator support. We may change, suspend, or discontinue access, including to address security risks or misuse. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular response time, or continuing compatibility with third-party services.

These public pages do not sell a subscription or create a billing agreement. Any separately agreed operator services or third-party charges are governed by their own disclosed terms.

Stopping use and data requests

You can stop using the assistant at any time and revoke its permissions in Google Account connections. You may also ask the operator to disconnect your account. Revoking access does not undo actions already taken or automatically erase stored conversations, retrieved context, or outputs.

For deletion of retained records under our control, email z@akult.inc. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of deletion and the distinction between our records and copies held by Google, providers, recipients, or you.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Adam Akult is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that an output or action will meet your needs.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Akult is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the integration, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated to affected users where appropriate. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the integration. Changes to these terms do not authorize new uses of Google data without the notice and consent required by Google’s policies.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
