Privacy Policy

How Adam Akult handles your information, including data from connected Google accounts.

Last updated: October 5, 2026

Who and what this policy covers

Akult Incorporated (Akult, “we”) operates Adam Akult, a personal, operator-managed AI assistant integration for the Hermes / Eve assistant environment. This policy covers that integration and its public information pages at adam.akult.inc and akult.inc. It does not replace the separate privacy policies of other Akult products, Google, or third-party services.

For privacy questions or requests, contact z@akult.inc.

Information the assistant accesses

Access depends on the Google account, the permissions granted, and the task. Google authorization can provide account identifiers, granted-permission information, and access or refresh tokens used to maintain the connection. Do not send us your Google password.

  • Gmail: message content, senders, recipients, subject lines, timestamps, labels, threads, and attachments. Read-only access supports retrieval and summaries. Mail-management access can also support drafting, sending, labeling, and modifying messages.
  • Google Calendar: calendars, event titles and descriptions, times, locations, attendees, and availability. Read-only access supports schedule review; write access supports creating, changing, and deleting events.
  • Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides: file names, metadata, and contents used in search, reading, creation, editing, organization, or other requested file tasks. Broad Drive permission is not limited to files created by Adam Akult and can permit file changes, sharing, and deletion.
  • Google Contacts: names, email addresses, and other saved contact details used to identify people for correspondence and workspace tasks. The contact connection is read-only.
  • Assistant and operational records: instructions, conversations, retrieved context, tool results, generated outputs, preferences, and diagnostic records associated with tasks. Hosting infrastructure may also process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs when you visit these pages.

Some personal connections authorize only read-only Gmail and Calendar access. Workspace connections may authorize broader mail, calendar, Drive, document, spreadsheet, presentation, and read-only contact access. The authorization screen and your Google Account connection settings identify the access actually granted. Permissions may be broader than the data needed for a particular task.

How information is used

Adam Akult uses authorized data to answer your questions, retrieve and summarize mail or files, prepare schedule summaries, assist with scheduling, and carry out requested email and workspace actions. Instructions and outputs provide context and continuity across tasks. Connection and diagnostic records support operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Write-capable tools can change information in the connected account or send it to recipients, attendees, or collaborators you specify. Authorizing access is not a request to publish your account data on this website.

AI processing and service providers

The assistant may send your instructions and relevant Google data—such as message text, attachments, event details, file content, or contacts—to configured AI model providers and the infrastructure used to run the assistant. These services process that context to provide the requested response or action. This is not a promise of local-only processing.

The providers used depend on the operator’s configuration. Their processing locations, security practices, and retention terms can differ. Ask us about the active configuration before connecting an account or providing sensitive information. This policy does not promise that every provider has zero retention.

Under this policy, providers may receive Google data only for the permitted, user-facing task and with the user’s consent, subject to the Google restrictions below. A provider configuration that permits incompatible reuse of Google data must not be used for that data. A general-purpose model’s availability is not evidence that its data-handling terms meet those restrictions.

Google API data and Limited Use

Adam Akult’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The following restrictions apply to Google data and data derived from it:

  • Use is limited to providing or improving the appropriate, user-facing productivity features described here.
  • Google data must not be sold or used for advertising, retargeting, data-broker services, creditworthiness, or lending.
  • Google Workspace API data must not be used to develop, improve, or train non-personalized AI or machine-learning models, including general-purpose models. Sending task context for inference is not permission to reuse it for general model training.
  • Transfers are permitted only to provide or improve the appropriate user-facing features with consent, for security, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale after explicit prior user consent.
  • Human access to Google data is restricted to your affirmative agreement to view specific data, necessary security investigation, legal obligations, or the limited aggregated internal-operations exception permitted by Google’s policy and applicable law.

These restrictions govern the operator and service providers handling Google data. They are not a statement that Google has approved, certified, or independently audited Adam Akult.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Connection credentials and assistant records are maintained in the operator-managed environment. Retrieved content can persist in local records, conversation history, generated summaries, task outputs, or files created at your request. Relevant context may also be retained by configured service providers under their applicable terms. There is no single automatic deletion interval for all these records.

Records are retained as needed for the connection, task history, ongoing work, troubleshooting, and applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of connection credentials, conversations, retrieved data, and derived outputs under our control by emailing z@akult.inc. Identify the connected account and the records or period concerned; do not include passwords, tokens, or unnecessary message contents.

We may need to verify your authority and clarify the scope of a request. Deletion is scoped to records we control and can identify; we will explain any legal or operational limits that prevent removal. Copies in Google, files you retain, messages already sent to other people, and provider-held records are not automatically deleted by removing local history. Provider-held data may require a separate request under the provider’s terms.

Revoking access and controlling tasks

You can stop using the assistant and remove Adam Akult’s access through Google Account connections. Revoking a Google grant stops future access under that grant; it does not erase previously retrieved data or undo completed actions. Request deletion separately if you want retained records removed.

You can decline permissions, avoid supplying particular data, and ask the operator to stop tasks or disconnect an account. Features requiring that access will not work without it. Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage, and follow any applicable Workspace administrator rules.

Data protection

Google account access uses OAuth authorization rather than asking you to provide a Google password. Google grants bound the connection’s permissions and can be revoked. The public information pages do not provide an interface to the assistant’s private records or connection credentials.

The operator-managed runtime and configured providers are separate from these pages. Their access controls, credential handling, and retention settings matter to the protection of your data; contact us with questions about that environment. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not use the assistant for data your organization prohibits sending to configured AI or infrastructure providers.

Children and policy changes

Adam Akult is an operator-managed productivity tool, not a service directed to children or a public registration service.

We will update the date on this page when the policy changes. Before using Google data in a new way or for a different purpose than originally disclosed, we must notify affected users and obtain consent as required by Google’s policies. A policy update alone does not authorize broader Google access.
